Consultation:
During our initial consultation we will discuss and establish your web site goals and the purpose of your web site.
Please consider the following questions prior to our meeting:
Do you plan on using your web site as a lead generator?
Who is your target audience?
Will your web site have a call to action?
Would you like your clients or prospective clients to call you, e-mail you, fill out a form, visit you etc..?
Do you plan on using your web site as an informational tool only?
Is your web site an online tool for your clients?

Setting Up:
Prior to the design and development of your web site, we make sure that you own a domain name and have a hosting company for your web site. Assistance is available for domain name registration and the purchase of a hosting package, both of which are the clients responsibility.
Web Design:
We begin this phase by gathering as much information from you as possible pertaining to your design preferences, your likes and dislikes within a web page layout. We ask that you provide examples of web sites that you like the look and style of. Once we gather the necessary information we then develop a web page mock-up of what your site will look like. At this stage our designer will work closely with you to develop the look that will be both visually pleasing and user friendly.
Design Selection:
After the initial mock-up is designed, we will send you a link (also accessible from our Clients page on www.YourPageToday.com) where you may review the design and submit any changes you would like. After any necessary revisions and upon approval of your design we then begin the development phase of your web site.
Content Provisioning:
To eliminate any unnecessary delays we recommend that you have the majority of your copy or text written during the design phase of your project.
Web Development:
After receiving your final approval on your mock-up, we will then begin developing the web site and web pages while incorporating the content that you provide. You may also provide any photos and images that you would like to use. We are happy to touch up any photos that need enhancing.
Pre-launch Evaluation:
After the site is built you will be able to view your site to make sure that everything is exactly how you want it. At this point you may submit any desired changes to copy and then give final approval before the site goes live.
Web Site Launch:
After your final approval and final payment has been received, your web site will then be published on your domain to the world wide web!
Ongoing Support:
Once the web site is launched, if you have chosen to have your web site optimized for Search Engine Visibility, we will then submit your web site to search engines. Your Page Today offers web site maintenance for updating of content. We also offer content management system options for those of you who wish to maintain your web site your self.
