I understand that I must be a “signed on” sales team member to participate. (I must submit my 1099 before any payments can be issued.) This is a 1099 position, not hourly and does not include health benefits. (We can pay you via Check, credit card or Pay Pal) I understand that training is required for each commission level. I will represent Your Page Today LLC with absolute professionalism! I will NOT take any information given to me by Your Page Today LLC for any reason other than to acquire clients for Your Page Today LLC. I understand that there will only be 1 payment made per client, per web site, and I MUST fill out a referral form for the record for any given client that I refer for proof of referral. There is no limit to how many clients I can refer, but I understand that I will only receive ONE payment per client per website. Client must sign a contract for a website package/development. (they have to sign the proposal) and the client must submit their final payment before a commission payment is issued.
